what to use

I am moving outside the city limits and am wanting to set up a shooting range just wanted to see if i could get suggestions on a back stop will be using 9mm and 22s at first but also would like to know for shot guns and possible high power rifles as well

any reason you can't use fill dirt in the intended area??
