Personally, I'm not a revolver guy - and the only modern one I DO like is shunned by most revolver owners. The one in question? The Chiappa Rhino 60ds.

But that's not my pick for this question, just a precursor which probably explains my actual pick given its also not very traditional in any regards at all.

I present to you the Mateba 6 Unica autorevolver. I wish it were mine but it isn't, and I can't afford something like this as a 'just for fun' piece right now.

I am going to have to go with a SAA and honorable mention to the first Walther PP's. But then we have SW wheel guns. A SW39. THE 1911. A 1903. Whitney Wolverine. Woodsman. Luger P08. SigP210. etc etc.... Gosh....impossible question but these are the first two that came to mind.
