Not of a disappointment. My new humidor hasn't shipped and when I look at my order it says it's back ordered while the website says in stock. I called customer support and got apparently the new guy working there, the phone connection sucked and he was a terrible listener. Turns out it's out of stock and won't bring stock for 1 to 3 months. He couldn't explain why the website was wrong.

Doh!!!

I bought two of the cigar sized humidifier sticks for my container where I keep my overflow. They have been in with the cigars for about a month or so, maybe longer. The cigars were still kinda dry, just like they were when I got them.

After further inspection, I failed to unseal them and put the cap with the holes on. Kinda like trying to drink a can of pop without opening it.......

Update on my humidor.

It will ship at the end of april. But for my trouble they gave me a $100 dollar coupon code.

So now I get to go shopping

Perfect weather and actually some free time to enjoy a smoke tonight.
I'm having a 5 Vegas Gold. Nice and smooth, similar to the Graycliff G2. But I think the G2 flavor suits me just a little more. But at just over $1 each on CigarBid, they are hard to beat.

I'm out in the garage after supper with some coffee and a cigar......

.....life is good.

Got a phone call today. My new big ass humidor will be delivered on Monday.

Ordered the humidifier for it today.

Hit up cigar bid to grab a few cigars to help the new humidor not look so baron.

Any suggestions as to what I absolutely wed to make sure are in that new humidor?

I'm using the cigar oasis magna 3.0

It's been running for about 2 hours and has gone from 40% to just about 60%

I am going to have to do some cable management to get the controller I. The right spot. The cable doesn't quite fit through the vent slots so I'll have to file them out just a bit. Right now I just have the cable running up in front of the drawers to get the controller in about the middle.


I've had a few drinks so I might be rambly

Paired with enough ash and elm to know I need to be careful with my posts lol

I noticed the top of the humidor is a bit warm so I ordered the extra fans so I could improve circulation.

If these fans don't help. I'll develop my own circulation system with an arduino and some fans. I want to get this tuned up right.

With right around 300 sticks o want to makes it as close to cigar heaven as possible

He had a a cool incomplete cast iron cigar stand. I made him a fist offer and he declined.

We will see if it's still available I. Tuesday then I may pic it up.

Monday, it was cold as s**t, windy as hell, and spitting snow. Back to the garage I go.
