I received a letter from the NRA yesterday asking for a donation for their Politcal Victory Fund. I stuck it in my lunch box and have been mulling it over. Then I read this post. Good stuff. Not that the NRA gets any credit for this one, but they do get involved and I believe they do make a significant difference in our favor. I'll be sending in that donation.

Yeah. Prolly should try it here. Let's see that one not make it out of committee.
Oh, now something like that might at least get a hearing here, maybe even make it out of committee. Main tier gun control supporters might grudgingly give a few inches as their opponents waste energy and political capital on small incremental expansions of state-granted privileges, as long as the people don't actually regain their right to bear arms.

I typically give to the ILA, not a whole lot, but some. Any organization that sets Hillary's hair on fire is going to get some coin from me. I may not like everything the NRA does, but they're the biggest dog in the fight and the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
