Has anyone here ever hunt turkey at Atterbery? I would love to see if it is worth wild to take time to hunt there during this turkey season and if anyone has had some luck or even seen turkey on the property.

We go through Atterbury often. I have seen turkey there but they always seem to be in the fenced in area. It is highly recommended that you don't try hunting "inside the fence"

Ive deer hunted a bunch on the public side and have seen lot of turkeys but mainly in one area. Its by the pow chapel. Just pass the chapel and lake on your left, you'll follow the road around a bend and pass a little bathroom and parking area. Instead of turning left go straight and it becomes a dead end with a nice little pond and ive seen turkeys all around that pond numerous times
