I read something somewhere that south bend passed some ordinance banning higher cap mags

Troy makes one heck of a magazine in my experience..

Love my Troy battlemags. They don't look as cool or tactical as pmags so they must be junk. I ended up ordering 15 a few weeks ago when Primary Arms had them on sale for $9.99 each.

I agree that Troy battlemags don't look "as cool" as the Pmags. But they are every bit as good and the finger grooves make them great. I'm also a huge fan of Lancer L5 magazines. Modular, polycarbonate, with steel feed lips ... what is not to love? Everyone wants Pmags, but there are a few other excellent magazines out there. Troy + Lancer make some of the best.

I looked at the magazines again on Cobra Tactical and it is now saying the Availability is "Special Order." I wonder if I got my order in time for them to ship or if I'll be waiting months now. Live and learn, guess I'll find out soon enough.

Yep. When I got a bunch of of TSD/Lancer mags, I kept my Troy's and sold my Pmags. (Nothing wrong with pmags.)

Sorry to bring up an old post, but I placed my order for these Troy mags on Cobra Tactical on 12/20/12 and guess what??? They shipped today! Only took 3 months! Wow!
