Trimmed Case Length

some of my .223 cases fall below the trimmed case length 1.750, even after full length sizing, will this cause any problems?

.015" or so will not cause any problem. Much shorter than that I would probabably pitch them. Are you using them in a semi auto firearm?

How short are we talking?

Its going to have to be way short to cause an actual mechanical problem. Inconsistent lengths can push you out of single digit ES ranges, if such things concern you.
