Does anyone know if either/or both FL and Utah accept the Gunsite IN-150 training to fulfill their training requirement?

I think it will work for FL, but unless the instructor was certified by UT & UT approved the curriculum, it wouldn't count for UT. The UT class is very basic, no tactics, no shooting. It is just a "Familiarization Course".
