    i really need poles and the blue mat to fit a 12 ft trampoline if anyone has parts laying around
    hopefully someone can help me out thanks, i bought this off of craigslist spent way over $100 she said everything was there i get it home start to put it up the girls are getting excited then to find out no springs now she wont anserw her phone or anything my girls are very sad hope you can help,7 and a quarter is the spring size

    Those springs are very heavy when in a box and would be hard to misplace. I'd keep trying to contact them about the missing springs or a trip to their door.
