Timer between posts and PMs is set very high

Let's see if I can post this.

I made a post, tried to make another post, and got the "you must wait 15 seconds between posting" message but the countdown next to it told me to wait almost 25 minutes. I tried again a bit later, and was still at about 13 minutes. I tried to PM a moderator and was also given a huge time to wait before I could PM.

Well perhaps it's resolved itself, as I was able to instantly make a reply to my own post here.

Something is messed up. The posts in a thread are in random order ie... Post number 4 first then 3 then 1 then 2. I also hit post quick reply and am asked if I want to stay on this page or leave this page in a pop up box.

cleared cache as others appear to be having no issue. Still experiencing the increased post interval time.

Am now able to post as frequently as I'd like, but as tanker mentioned posts are out of order. My new posts are dropping in randomly in threads.

And of course, the search function is broken again... Like it always is after the site crashes.
