Meijer's has some strawberries that are nice and ripe and sweet. Boy, they're really good. Couldn't find any cherries.

I know my cardiologist doesn't like me eating them because they're not part of a "heart healthy" diet but damn they're good. I think I'd be a grumpy old coot if I didn't have atleast a half dozen a month. No offense Expat

Well, I've REALLY been watching my sodium intake. Hotdogs are going to be a rare treat now.

In fact, after my ordeal, I checked my sodium intake. HOLY CRAP! (Corned beef, pickles, pistachios, beef jerky, canned veggies & canned meats, etc...) WAY too much sodium. Got a handle on it now.

For some reason, I always checked the carbs and sugar on labels, but, never sodium. I sure do now.

Howdy Expat, bcannon, Greg and Timmy. Just got up from my nap. Thinking about mixing up some more weedkiller and doing the front flower beds. Wind is calm enough.

Done spraying. Man, when you get out in the sun, it's hot! I was dripping sweat just walking around with the sprayer.

When I was out spraying the front flowerbed, I found a bunch of egg shells. Like 7 or 8. All of them had been broken open (not smashed). I'm thinking the pair of mallards we'd been seeing may have nested out there and probably a coon or coons got the eggs. It was quick! They weren't out there just a few days ago.
