I've got the turkey warming in the oven at 185*. When I need to make room for the sides I'll have to put it in a double pan on top of the stove.

One of the best things Amy ever bought was the counter top roaster. It got the turkey out of the oven so the other stuff could use it.

We had one of those, and Mom would cook the turkey out in the garage. Normally it's not an issue since I would be doing the turkey on the grill today.

Bird is on the smoker, went to get it ready this morning and it was still frozen in the center. Made a lil extra work for me.

Just found out that Susan's brother and niece are joining us. They were going to go to Bob Evans, but apparently the entire staff walked out!

Just put the marshmallow on the yams, and cheddar cheese on top of the macaroni. Just put the dressing in too. All that will be left is to warm the rolls.

Wow, some of the places around here have trouble with not enough people showing up to work, but you must really screw up to get everyone to walk out.
