Just won this one on Gunbroker. Mossberg 44US (c). I don't think it's marked U.S. Property (but don't know for sure), but otherwise it's exactly like my very first .22. Same gun I used to get my Rifle & Shotgun merit badge in Boy Scouts. Mine got stolen back in the early 80's and I've wanted one ever since.

Yup. They are well staffed in the tool section at that store. It has expanded with the Craftsman line and more Kobalt junk. They said just out of them
