Loading stores on a ship/sub, the 1MC (shipwide PA system) would announce 'Loading stores. All E-3 and below muster topside for loading stores'.. or something like that.

Though, on the sub, it was E-4 and below. Nukes were E-4 (or above) and they were not exempt from stuff like that.
