I don't think MM or I or maybe both could carry that let alone shoot it without being in traction the next day.
I don’t personally know anyone that could shoot that without being broken in half. Scott (Kentucky Ballistics) is a beast and can bench press well over 400 lbs and it nearly knocks him to the ground!

I revisited my eclipse photos after doing some research ..... and found some hidden treasures.
During the approx. 4 minutes, I took 30 photos .... seat of the pants !

Mcapo is going to think that I've gone looney probably, but my friend, it's more than "light, dark, light". If you're in the zone of totality, it's truly an amazing experience ..... either that, or I've gone looney ! ;)

First, my spiffy glasses, provided my my daughter (a Millennium employee)

I actually caught the first diamond ring, when the diamond was on the top.

This one fascinates me the most. Please note the little red arrows shooting out from the bottom and right side. I thought that my lens was 'flaring', and this was a junk photo.
It turns out that those red daggers are called "solar prominences", and are small shoots of the plasma. It's actually considered rare to see during an eclipse !

    Morning folks!
    :coffee:

    Morning all :coffee:
    I'm done with the rain.
Finally got Remy to go outside and he decided that once he was wet—what the heck and stayed out for a while. Did I tell you his coat is like a sponge? 2 towels later he is on a stay until he dries out more. And it looks like another 24 hours of rain to go.
