Yes, it is supplied with a catalyst that is mixed 12:1 to 24:1, higher gloss to lower gloss respectively.

It has a pot life of about 2 hours IIRC.
You bake it for a couple of hours max, but the oven is also involved in tasting out the parts to remove all oil.

But you can also bake it for 10/20 minutes and work with layer after layer to work stencils on/off before the finish cure.
Did I mention that I have an oven?

Right in the middle of my garage too....perfect cerakoting.

    In the country, hopefully.

No I don’t remember that you did.
Is it for sale? I might be interested in having two, in case I ever need to paint two guns at once.
Is it big enough to fit a Cummins block in?

I’m not sure if I mentioned it or not, but I have a dremel, so I’m a gunsmith, or so I’ve been told. Any gunsmith must have at least one oven I would think.

Its not just an oven. It is a double oven. I only roll @MindfulMan style.

DWX trigger is very consistent at about 3 lb 14 ounces. What I had forgotten was how sharp the edges of the trigger shoe is. Needs a little bevel. Wish I knew someone with diamond files.
Wish I knew someone with an oven.

I'm waiting for the inevitable "You got diamond file in my oven", followed by, "You got oven on my diamond file".

Reese'sPieces should be along shortly if I got the wording wrong.

I don't even like using spray paint.
I've had very good luck with Duracoat. In some cases, it performed better than Cerakote. The Cerakote that did not hold up well was on a Sig 1911 and factory done. You have to prep a frame well for Duracoat but once done, it's as good as Cerakote. All that said, I don't know if it's any easier to apply than Cerakote, so there may be no real benefit to it over Cerakote.
