I'm trying to find some good info on the safety measures I can take while hunting in Franklin County.

So far I've been told to look for any lesions or infections on the lungs and on the rib cage.

Should I wear a mask while field dressing any kills?

I think the only way you can get Bovine TB via air is if you breath in the air a infected animal were to breathe out...so don't think a mask would be needed. Look for the lesions or signs of any infection (unusual looking spots) and wear a set of disposable field dressing gloves. You should be fine if you do that and of course make sure and cook the meet properly.
