Hello all,
I just purchased a pt709, and when I fire it with a left handed grip, I hit the magazine release button almost every time. It doesn't do it when I shoot it right handed, but I don't shoot well that way. I know that I can modify my grip, but this is hopefully going to be a cc gun, so I want to be able to grab and shoot it, and not have to worry that I may grip it wrong. Anyone know of a smith in Indy that can swap the button to a left handed(right side) release? I know it can be done, but I'm not confident i can do it without damaging anything in the gun.
