    Here is the actual ordinance. From reading it, I'd say just about anything would be out. How it's written I'd say they could prosecute for use of a slingshot or bow under this part "instrument made for the purpose of throwing or projecting missiles of any kind by any means whatsoever".

    Nope, first it's the SBPD for Reckless Discarce, Discharge of a Firearm inside City Limits and anything else they can add on. Second Indiana Conservation Officer, Hunting out of Season, No Hunting License ect, ect, ect. Live Trap and Relocate.


    Some nuisance animals can be taken out of season without permit
    Illegal to relocate without landowner permission.

    Go to a farm store and buy a cheap import live trap.
    You can decide what to do after you catch it (cousin's farm or CCI CB).
