Yep, I never understood this. If I'm ever selling one of my guns for more than new and it doesnt have upgrades, someone please PM me and let me know lol. I promise it's not intentional.
Usualy I lose my ass on guns I sell off because I'm selling them to buy another gun or something I have my eye on and want it now. I have self control when I need to have it but I've just accepted that in the gun hobby I'm going to lose money if I dont like something and sell it or sell it to replace it. The goal is to hopefully break even if I sell it. To Pass on a good or fair deal to the next guy.

In fairness one of the ones I saw in the classifieds has some improved parts added and so its not just an off the shelf tac14 anymore. I'm not saying the price is good or bad

Remington would have sold out of these numerous times had they used the 870P receiver and parts, but Freedom (hate) Group cheapened it as much as possible to hit the market. First time I've seen a Mossberg at wholesale more expensive than an 870.
