subscription indicators

On the right side of the "Thread,Thread starter" box, there used to be a little square with a check mark in it that indicated my subscription to that thread. Is that gone, never to return? I know the envelopes on the left side of the page use a black dot to indicate that I've posted in that thread, but that teeny little dot is rough for some of us old timers to see. Obviously not a critical issue, but trifocals considered, an issue none the less....

Same here, that little black dot is a pain to see, and it's been mentioned that you can turn them back on, but I see nowhere in the user options to do that.
