Im going to take it all back I'm getting about 1 1/2 inch per hour, had to plow the drive 2 times since 9am, Now I have to go get me some Bacon***and yes eggs for the wife's banana bread!!!
Power lines are caked, and soon to be frozen....

Just was outside as of about 15 min ago we have 6 inches of new snow. The yard had 11.5 with what was left from the last snow.

According to the map Hancock county is not under a warning yet, and neither is Marion.

Oops I misinterpreted the map and thought I saw hancock and marion but its was just Hamilton. Hendricks just declared so it shouldnt be long now.

Wind is getting pretty strong up here now. Snow is blowing close to horizontal, visibility is down to a quarter mile.

Our power has flickered off a couple of times now... Getting ready to head out to make the first crack at the driveway before the wind gets here.

Around 12" total from what was already on the ground plus new stuff. Newton County has declared a snow emergency and pulled plows off the roads about 3 hours ago. Wind is really picking up and temps are dropping. The snow is steadily falling as well.

Columbus still lucky, so far just light rain and 34 deg. but snow should hit us around 5 or so.
