Does anybody have experience with 220 recoil springs?
My new to me German 220 throws WWB a country mile.My thoughts are that the recoil spring is getting on the weak side.Is their a recommended spring weight above stock that someone has used that didnt effect reliability?
    Thanks in advance

If it is used to you I would presume that you don't know how many rounds have been through it. My procedure with a new (used) gun is to always replace recoil and firing pin springs as soon as possible. If your 220 is German made (marked "Made in W. Germany", like mine) it's an older gun and I would change the springs anyways. Google Wolff Gunsprings and just order one. It's cheap insurance.

You did not mention if you are shooting Plus P or not. The German Sig uses a quality wire wound spring which does have a long life, However, The cost of a new spring outweighs the need of a properly functioning carry gun. Comforting to know it functions properly/
