Not in Indiana but only a few miles into socialist Illinois near Westville there is a range. Private unless there is an event going on and they shoot trap under lights on Wednesday and Saturday night. Jim.

OP: What kind of shooting are you looking to do? Just after hours shooting on dark winter evenings indoors or, are you looking for low light shooting practice? It’s hard to find an outdoor range that would allow shooting after dark.

The best I’ve been able to do is at an outdoor range that allows shooting as early as 8am, there are a couple of days each year that put that right at sunrise. If it coincides with a cloudy or rainy day, you can get a couple of minutes of low light practice in. But even then, there’s still a fair amount of light, so it’s not like really practicing in very low light situations.

If you're looking for night shooting, you're probably going to have to find private land. You can do whatever you want on private land so long as you're safe and not breaking an noise ordinance. If you're running your navy/delta/airborne/raider 300 blackout with a can and subsonics using night vision you wouldn't be breaking any rules as I understand it.

Knob creek(KY) lower range does some night shoots via the KPDL. Shoot some matches during the day and you can shoot at night they do it a few times a year.

You could get away with it at HHRP for part of the year. Officially you can shoot till 10pm. Club members only but not hard to join. Looks like the wrong end of the state from Granger though.

At WRPC we had someone join a few years back that wanted to occasionally do this. We ( Board of Directors ) voted to allow this with prior approval. You would have to notify Executive Officer of intentions and date prior for approval. To my knowledge this particular member moved away in a couple months and no night vision has been done. Indoor is still 24/7 but limited to 50’ and no rifle caliber firearms.

Shame your not further south, Redbrush (in Newburgh Indiana) is open from 6-10:30 Sunday to Thursday, and till midnight on Friday and Saturday!

Bays have lights, and it gets pretty dark at night! (Was shooting at 11 on a Saturday once with a friend who’s got a really nice set of nvg’s!)
