I have no idea why anyone would carry one of these.

Two shots of .380 and it needs to be assembled prior to use, making it virtually worthless in a self defense scenario. It also has a footprint larger than an LCP.

It's a gimmick and eventually the market will bear that out after the novelty wears off. Schumer should just keep his mouth shut and let this thing die it's own death.

I think that is Chuck's angle, but it shouldn't fly based on previous BATFE determinations (Braverman pen gun) that if the gun must be manipulated such that it no longer looks like a common item prior to firing that it is not an AOW. It would only be an AOW if it can fire in it's "concealed" state.
