    Apparently back in the 1970's Native American children were being removed from their families/culture, so in 1978 they passed the Indian Child Welfare Act.

    Recently, the law was challenged claiming it is "racist." The Supreme Court said otherwise, striking down the challenge both on standing and other grounds.

    It looks like Justice Amy Coney Barrett wrote for the majority. Justices Thomas and Alito dissented.
