Selling a sporterized Schmidt Rubin 1889 (I believe?) that is now chambered in 30-30 Win. I’m not sure if it was sporterized overseas, or imported then sporterized, but my understanding is that a number of these were imported back in the 50’s and 60’s and converted to 30-30.
I have fired it and it’s been a good and pretty accurate shooter for me. It’s in good shape for its age and all serial numbers match, except the number on the bolt (as shown in the pictures).
Asking: $350 obo
Would prefer to meet in Hamilton county but willing to travel some for the right deal. Will need to see IN driver’s license.
