He passed away at the age of 86.

I was never a UofL fan, but always liked coach Crum. And as you said, I’ve never heard anyone say anything negative about the man.

I hope Coach Crum didn't learn much of anything from Wooden. I'd like to think he was a genuine good coach as well as a nice guy.

Neither have I. He definitely had positive name recognition as far as I am aware of. . RIP Coach Crum
