Dang it! Just talked to a buddy about coming out to this one. He really wants to do a KD but I told him one of these were prerequisites. He was still rather excited about it. Better check the RR schedule for another one.

We don't normally maintain a waiting list for the RR events. If an event fills up early and we have cancellations before the event date, we'll just re-open the registration on the RR website. Given the sponsor for the Richmond event, it's highly unlikely that we'll be seeing any cancellations. Can my son and I get on a waiting list for this one? If that's not possible, I understand.
I have a question in regards to ammo for this event. I am planning on using my 5.56 AR rifle for the weekend and primarily use either Wolf steel case or Lake City steel tip ammo in that rifle. I noticed on the details for the event there will be steel targets in use. Will there be an issue with me using ammo that has a bi-metal jacketed or steel tipped bullet on the steel targets? I'm aware of the concerns that some folks have with this kind of ammo on steel targets and wanted to ask for permission before I do something that isn't approved. This will not be a deal breaker if the answer is no, I just want to be respectful to the event and owner.
Thank you for the reply Alan. I will have the appropriate ammo for steel targets with me.
Changed my shooting partner from my dad to a youth (nephew)... hopefully that will be ok.
Is there EZ-Up space behind firing line for shade or moisture protection?

I have another few questions.
1) I'm assuming that we will need to provide our own food and drink for the weekend.
2) Also, in regards to camping, will there be a campfire and/or wood available to have a small fire on site?
3) If we arrive Friday evening, will we be able to setup camp that night?
