I was hesitant to believe the hype on the gun sales until today.

I went to Rural King (RK) yesterday at about 2:00 pm. Looked at a few 12ga shotguns. I liked a particular one, and asked the kid at the counter how many they had in stock. He looked at his computer…said 9 plus the display one. I thank him…after work do research on the gun. All things good so I decide to buy.

Fast forward to today at again about 2:00 pm. Went back to RK and the same kid is working the gun counter. We exchange greetings and I say I’m buying the such and such 12ga.

He types in his computer…says “noway” then tells me the display one is the only one left in 24 hrs ! 9 guns sold in 24 hours !

I couldn’t get my money out fast enough.
Anyhow, just FYI see something you want buy it when you see it !

I was in there a few weeks ago. I saw 3 people buying guns, another dude was asking to buy one, and the guy behind him then decided to buy the same thing. They’re flying out the door, but their prices are hard to beat.

It’s cuz you spent so much time out there in the land of fruits and nuts! You know how us hillbillies be!

And they actually have some guns to sell. I'd prefer to buy from local gun shops but when they have very minimal selections and prices are $1-200 more...

I agree. RK had the same rifle as an LGS, but $130 cheaper.
