Old and somewhat unique 12 gauge single shot made circa 1890. Only markings are American Side Snap and a serial number. I believe it was made by C.S. Shattuck. Shows lots of use. I’ve fired it a couple times with Winchester AA reduced noise / recoil, “diet 12Ga” as I call it.
Bore has pitting. Nothing that I would call excessive, but prominent.
Wrist is slightly cracked.
Buttplate doesn’t match.
But it does function, and has some great aging to it. Might make for a good wall hanger, or parts gun.
$100 cash or trade. Interested in most ammo, Glock stuff . Unique AR parts. reloading stuff, magazines, silver, I like most anything gun related.
Willing to drive 30 min from 46962. Could arrange to ship as well.
