Well it just came to me that I didn't file a range report for my AR15. So here it is.

    Then:

    Now

I have put over 1750 rounds of assorted ammo through it. From milsurplus to Match grade horandy. A couple days ago I put 1000 rounds of cheap steel cased ammo through it in 1 sitting with no malfunctions. Currently the number of malfunctions with this AR15 sits at 0. It shoots like a dream! Light recoil, great handling, and very accurate. I love this gun and won't be selling it any time soon. Hopefully I will be able to put more rounds through it this weekend.

    Specs:
    Surplus Arms and ammo lower
    DD lower parts kit
PSA 14.7 inch upper with pinned A2.
    Chrome lined hammer forged barrel
    1/7 twist
    Troy DOA BUIS
    Magpul MS3
    Magpul MOE stock
    Magpul ASAP
    Magpul BAD
    Magpul MOE handguard
    Magpul PMAGs
    F-marked front sight base

There is my range report. :ingo:

I have never seen an upper receiver wear out. Barrels go out for highpower accuracy at about the 5,000 mark, but are still very good for SD use for tens of thousands of rounds more. I have several barrels I have taken off but they are still on the shelf for possible future use.

True. I might just swap out wear parts as needed
