New discovery. Today they hit my sartorius muscle too which is wrecked as well.

What I really need to do is field strip my pelvic girdle soak everything overnight in Simple Green, scrub it down and then spray G96 over it all.

While I am writing checks for SIG Legions for each shot, at least I know what is wrong.

Last PRP shot in May. Walking better but obvious I have a limp.

Started with Physical Therapist in West Lafayette every Friday morning. Exercises, Thomas stretch (lay on table thing)

reverse walking (I still use wall) and twice now have Hivamat massages.

Hivamatic, electronic massage, I hold this ground thing and she takes this disc to my sartorius and adductors.

Hey Kirk. Just seeing this thread. Friendly neighborhood Ortho PA here. I really like Vernon Griffith and Ben Patrick (Knee’s Over Toes Guy) for spine, hip, and knee mobility related workouts/stretches/exercise. I suggest them to lots of my patients and use them myself. You can find both on YouTube.
