Private Sale or Dealer at INDY 1500

Never been to INDY 1500 before.
Is there mostly private sale or dealer at INDY 1500?

All those that are selling at tables are FFLs I think.

There are people walking around with signs for private sales.

I haven't worked the show in a few years, but they used to allow private sellers to buy tables. Few and far between, but cannot vouch for their rules today.

Are those people with sign in the show or outside of the area?

They still allow private sellers to rent tables, though the majority of firearms sold are through FFL dealers, not private sellers.

People carrying signs with guns for sale are generally just walking about the show.
