It's a HUGE scam. When I lived in Minnesota a new stadium for the Twins was voted down at least twice that I recall. Then suddenly it wasn't put to vote and was just pushed through by the government and suddenly our taxes went up. Yay democracy...

Lets just accept that they plan to get what ever it is they plan to get. The outcome of a vote is just to see who or how many will be sharing the blame...
