Relatively few manufacturers use polygonal rifling...
I know that doesn't help, but chances are very very good that if it's not a Glock or H&K that it has traditional rifling. One big exception, as noted above, is Kahr which uses polygonal rifling in their expensive pistols, and conventional in their "budget" lines.

The wikipedia article was interesting. I'm looking into my next 9mm aquisition and wanted to stick with the traditional rifling instead of the polygonal style. But, a couple of the nines I'm considering are the cz 75 and the baby desery eagle. I want traditional rifling since I reload and like shooting lead projectiles. So, gotta put some more thought into this.
