This is an announcment I was asked to send out. We appreciate Greg and Suzie doing this.

Subject: Garage &. yard sale & Bake sale • proceeds go to Elect Jim Tomes campaign
Where; Westside Sportsman Club, 1100 Peerless Rd.
When: Sunday J March 14.2010. 1.0:00am to 3:00 pm
What we need: Good clean sellable items in following categories kitchen. home, games
& entertainment, yard patio & garden. tools, sporting goods. children's & adult clothing
Clothing should be on hangars. Please have your items pre priced
Baked sale items. We will also need a few yard sale signs.
If anyone has any racks for hanging clothing that would be helpful. We are asking an members to donate one box of
ammunition any caliber or gauge. We win mark ammo at 20% off from retail so this
should be a hot item .Ammo can be dropped off at the upcoming Patriots meeting. Very
important! l We need a cargo type enclosed tag trailer ( think U Haul).
Items can be dropped off from 6:00am until 1O:00 AM the day of the sale at Westside
Sportsman Club in the clubhouse. Sorry we don't have any storage and this is the only
day we can get the clubhouse for free.
Items can also be dropped off at 815 John street. We will have a trailer parked there
from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM on Friday March, 12th but please use this as a last resort.
The trailer will fill up quickly and will require a lot of extra labor.
If you want to pick up your unsold items you may do so from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM the day of the sale. In order for this to work you will have to price your own items
using a red tag with your name on it (we will provide these at the club at drop off time).
All items not marked with a red tag will be loaded up on a truck or trailer at 3:00pm and
donated to Goodwill or Salvation Army . At 5:00 PM we will load all remaining items
including red tagged items. Please be on time to pick you things up otherwise you may
not get them back,
Please Note- Very important! All ammunition donations are final. Any unsold ammo
will be kept until we can best utilize it i.e. sale, auction or raffle. Thanks.

leave a message). Sorry we don't have the internet. We are going to divide work into 3
