Good article. For me (and my simple mind) it begs the question, what has really changed? Has this country become more conservative or more liberal in the past 60 years? Hmmmm...... Perhaps there's some insight in there somewhere.

Heck I'm 52 and I remember during deer hunting season there would be 10 or 12 shotguns in students cars.
And sometime a student/Hunter would be late to school because he had bagged a deer before school.
