I’m starting to think, with all the border invasion going on, we need to institute an immediate “if you can’t speak English, you go straight to jail for any police encounter”. Let the courts straighten it out. It shouldn’t be thrown on the police to sort out the trash.

While I like this to a degree it's probably not enforceable. I think many of the people that say they don't speak english most likely do but they say they don't.
