How come none of the "...(solemnly swear to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America) against (all) enemies foreign and domestic" stuff?

They had to take that part out for The One...

...because, given his questionable citizenship and his socialist/Marxist politics, he would have had to say, "...I solemnly swear to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against ..uhm..myself..."
