Haven't made the jump to a blower but I will say that after 5 years of ATV plowing, selling it and going to a bucket in front of a heated cab with hydraulics and a stereo works great. Just need to get a back blade.

Does he have a front PTO?

I would expect them to be similar, except for the direction you have to drive.

I just stick to the bucket for my drive. I always found something better to spend that money on.

He has to buy the tractor too. Right now he is thinking a Kubota B2601 and a BX2822A snowblower which is 55 inches wide and mounts on front.
I don't think that has a front PTO but the blower uses the middle PTO. I don't know that for sure or anything about it but I think I overheard that when he was discussing it.

Yep. Started snowing with light pellets before my massage. Big snow flakes falling after. Didn't need to brush or scrape the windshield. Too warm out. Whole drive home looked like a jump into hyperspace.

Daughter had her concert as well. I think the 7th&8th graders sounded better than the high school kids.....I could be a little biased however
