No not carbon monoxide, co, but cardon dioxide, co2.
co2 as is in the realm of mold and "sick building syndrome".
high levels of co2 is know to cause headaches and dizziness in some people especially as we age.

i was in a day long clasd today on mold and its effects on buildings and this was one of the area we covered. active mold need ot be present for high levels of co2 to be present.

just got me thinking of acteon on his headaches.

CO and CO2 do not cause migraines.
    Other types of headaches. Yes.

And my headaches are "mostly" under control.
But I delayed my shots 2 weeks to talk to the audiologist. If he didn't find anything, and I had just gotten the shots, it would take that much longer to let the medicine wear off. But since he found something, I could reschedule my shots. So I'm probably good completely for a month, maybe 1 in the 2nd month, and then a couple in the third. That's an improvement over approx. 8 per month.

And I've been stuck at work for 5 days before. Never got to go home. Got migraines.

Got my 30 shots for migraines.
Too bad I already started a migraine today.
For some reason the shots in the shoulders hurt WAY worse than usual.
I think the cold house has my muscles tensed, which adds to migraine frequency.

Anyway, came home then Dad and I put up the red/white "tree" outside.
So, tomorrow we might finish up the rest.

Gonna work on modifying the program for "Mary Did You Know" to add some more lights to 2 minutes of the song.
Since the timing is down, and I'm just copy/paste, I'm hoping tonight I'll finish that songs modifications.

    1. Love that song, "Mary Did You Know," especially as sung by Mark Lowry.

For me it was a toss up between Cee Lo Green, and Pentatonix.
I decided to use the Cee Lo Green version, and then I think I'll use Pentatonix for Little Drummer Boy.

Well, I finished my modifications to the Mary Did You Know sequence.

All my updated versions will go up when I'm done putting the lights out. Or on Monday.

Now I'm trying to decide which to do next.
    1) Redo Santa Claus is Coming to Town on a Boogie Woogie Choo Choo Train, cause I let the program automatically sequence it, and I've never been happy with it...
    or...
    2) new song Better Days by Goo Goo Dolls.

Well, managed to work a couple steps up on a ladder yesterday and today.
    Haven't fell last couple days.
    Pat myself on the back.

Walking into my bedroom with BBQ chicken on a bun, and FALL ON MY ASS.
Had to clean up. That food was uneatable.
I hurt my arm, but managed NOT to bleed. Though I did get scraped up falling into the same bookshelf as last time.
