It would have been CM's birthday today and @Snapdragon started a happy birthday thread for him back in 2019. That thread got revived today and as I was scrolling through it I see post #8 from Big Tanker. Then there is a recent thread on here which is basically a goodbye from KG1. Bad,sad stuff.

Sure seems like life sucks sometimes.

I'm preparing to do some composite casting, and have been unpacking my pigments. I found several vivid pinks and thought of our resident pinky leader, so I modeled a set of 1911 grips with him in mind.

I just wanted to let you all know if you are a fan of keeping your paint shiny on your vehicles, CERAKOTE Rapid Ceramic Paint Sealant is amazing.

Put a mirror shine on my Challenger. It is so slick that water doesn't even bead and sit, it slides all the way off. I don't think I will ever use wax again.

No idea, I just know it looks shiner than I have ever seen any any wax job.

That was done as a condition of purchasing the vehicle. They already did a ceramic coat at the dealer. I watched them do it. This Cerakote stuff, makes the already good looking coating, look even better.

Since it was a nothing winter, they have a "light" eLearning day they can implement as ordered by the state. Use it or lose it I guess.
