I would just blast it for the brass as my .30-06.is a hunting rig.

Think its 150gr.

Agree. Pull a bullet, dump the powder into a small pan, shine a bore light into the case and count the flash holes. Pour the powder back in, reseat the bullet, proceed as warranted.

"New sleeve with boxer cap" is the translation.

Also has a bar code, and is commercial ammo.
According to some euro site, bar codes started across the pond in '71
So this isn't super ancient stuff LOL

And Norma calls the Jaktmatch their "practice ammo".
I'm betting my 180gr hunting Norma ammo from back then is the dual core stuff w plastic tip.
Dig those out and check tomorrow.
