NOAA releases 2023-2024 winter predictions; what’s the expectation for Indiana?

The last three winters have been dominated by La Niña – but that’s not the case this year.

Sadly, the only guarantee forecast is get up in the morning and walk outside. Old farmer's almanac prediction is for normal/below normal temps. (Low teens) with average snow fall. May have snow on the ground all winter for a change.
