Interesting. Before opening the thread, I wasn't sure whether you meant diversity in people discharging weapons or people banned from INGO!

I've always thought air rifles should be more popular. You could put a range in every town in Indiana since there's little to no regulation on air guns.

Not sure about EPA though. I mean there is lead indoors involved.
