Gents & Ladies... Just bought a Sig Sauer M400 Enhanced at Rural King. Been on my "bucket list" for awhile. Price was $1099, so I thought it was a great price for the weapon given the current market. Bottom line: I havn't told "Her" about it yet. Any thoughts of how to break it in?

I won it in a raffle? Works once in a while :)

I have a good friend that always pays half in cash and asks for receipt of cc charge to cover the rest. When asked he can produce receipt that's 50% better than normal. That's only if he can't
hide the box and make the gun disappear into the safe.

If she throws a fit hold up your marriage license and say, "But Dear I have to have a receipt for returns....and I only kept this one."

    Completely joking.

Show her the price of the hk mr556 or LWRC m6 or REPR you "really" wanted. The sig will seem like a bargain and you might even get a compliment for being a smart shopper.

Am I crazy for thinking that impulse buying firearms without discussing it with your wife is a bad idea unless you have funds explicitly set aside for "fun?"

Maybe this is why I don't have an overflowing safe. :dunno:
