Just curious.... Is there any relationship at all between the number of INGO members in NWI to the proximity of Chicago? I lived/worked in the Warsaw area for a few years. Locals seemed to blame all the guns/crime on Chicago residents. US 30 runs through Warsaw. I'm reasonably certain doodoo happens everywhere, all by itself.
