So when it comes to black powder I don’t know anything. I recently got ahold of a Connecticut valley arms wolf magnum. It’s in pretty rough shape. But I have a few questions:

    1. Are there methods to cleaning a black powder rifle that differ from a regular one?

    2. Where can I find supplies (powder, quick loaders, ect.) as I haven’t seen any in my local gun shops. Bonus points the closer it is to Morgan county.

    3. Has anyone had experience this this particular make of rifle?

Yes, I have that rifle, but mine's in much better shape.
You need to clean muzzle loaders with water.
If possible, soak the barrel in water as hot as you can get it.
Boiling water will not hurt anything but your hands.

Use a soap, I use Dawn dish soap.
Scrub clean like any other barrel.
    Rinse, repeat as necessary.
When done cleaning, dry the barrel as fast as possible.
Towel dry the outside and swab the bore, then I like to use a hair blow dryer to make sure there is no remaining moisture.
Once dry, run several swabs containing bore butter down the bore to season it.
I leave the bore butter in the bore until the next time I shoot.
A quick swab before loading removes any extras, and the bore butter makes cleaning easier.
The Wolf Magnum is a nice front stuffer, albeit not top of the line, it will definitely get the job done.

Fantastic I’ll get to all of that! Where do you buy your supplies from?

MG has good advice. Water dissolves the salts left behind by black powder or it's substitutes. That barrel is rough and hasn't been taken care of too well. If it doesn't come clean that way you may try to wrap a patch coated with something like JB bore cleaning compound (available at Brownells) around an appropriately sized bore brush and keep running it up and down the barrel.

I am still new to BP rifles, but I have actually found a decent supply of tools, and Pyrodex powder, at my local Walmart. Enough to get me started, at least. As is normal for that store, supplies vary from visit to visit, but they recently stocked for fall season, so that might be one source to check out.
