    This motor has a gear set that drives a jack screw. It lifts and lowers. But it does not stay in place. I have a feeling that this brake/clutch is toast and allowing the jack screw to reverse when the load is applied. Cannot find a name except warner electric.

    The part the motor was attached to is a "linear actuator"

    Did find technical information for the tables here.

    Here's a place for parts, you might be able to call and walk them through figuring out the part/repair needed.


    And it looks like John Deere uses similar LAs, so maybe hit up a dealer or Tractor Supply?

    See, same thing I found. It shows all these tables with this chain lift. Mine is a jack screw assembly.
